• Liability: LAJ Kennels & Transport, LLC exercises reasonable care for pets during transportation but assumes no responsibility for injuries, sickness, death or other disability that may occur. 

Assumption of Risk and Liability Release:

By using services, you acknowledge and agree that transporting animals involves inherent risks. You understand and accept that: 

• Risks During Transport: Pets can be injured or become ill during transport.
• Pet Behavior: Animals can be unpredictable, and their behavior cannot be perfectly controlled at all times.
• Release of Liability: You agree to release and discharge LAJ Kennels & Transport, LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses to a pet or property arising from transportation services.
• Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LAJ Kennels & Transport, LLC from any claims or losses related to your pet's transportation.
